Forage fed for the whole life of the animal. (Rain fed, not grain fed)

Animals raised without feeding genetically modified organisms such as GMO corn or soybeans.

Animals never given growth or other hormones.

Animals never given low daily (sub therapeutic) doses of medications which is commonly used in confinement systems. We rely on our natural production practices (open air and movement) to keep animals healthy.

Animals moved through our system of pastures and woodlots as seasonally possible.  

Animals raised without being fed animal by-products

Products that are processed without added MSG.

A Non GMO feed ration is offered to the animals free choice as needed.

No artificial Nitrates or Nitrites; only those that occur naturally in celery salt and beet juice.
